This Handbook is designed to help you run The Duke of Ed effectively as an adult volunteer.
It covers the minimum requirements of The Award and offers a framework for you to successfully guide your Participants in undertaking the required activities for them to achieve their Award.
Ensuring The Award is run competently and safely is critical, which is why this Handbook is so very important. We urge all our adult volunteers to read it thoroughly, and continually refer to the conditions as set out in this Handbook.
